Having Trouble Logging In?

If you are having trouble logging into your Collins Learning account, below are some of the possible causes and suggestions that you may try for resolving the problem

Are you typing your login Username correctly?

Your Collins Learning Username is your first name.last name (i.e., john.smith). There is a "." (a "dot" or "period") between the first name and last name.

Usernames are not case sensitive, so you can type all lower case, all upper case or a combination of upper and lower case letters. If you make any typing or format errors, you will not be able to log in.

Names are entered into the system from lists provided by the facility and may be based on payroll records that most often use the employee's full given name rather than a nickname. Try typing in your given name (i.e., susan.smith rather than susie.smith).

Are you typing your Password correctly?

Your Collins Learning Password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You must enter your password correctly. If you make any typing errors, you will not be able to log in.

Try typing your initial password again, and make sure that the Caps Lock key is not on. If you are using the key pad on your keyboard, make sure that the Num Lock key is green.

  • Select Forgot Password from the error message page
  • Enter the e-mail address associated with your Collins Learning account and click Continue
  • We'll email you a new password.

I haven't registered my email address with Collins Learning

  • Contact your staff administrator to verify your login information

If you are still unable to log in, report the problem to your supervisor or the designated Collins Learning administrator who will contact Collins Learning to reset your login information.
